Reports
This table contains all previously created reports. If you cannot see any reports in report table, the server will need to create a report first.
Name Description
Report Name A small icon indicates the status of the report. Any running processes are indicated by a rotating arrow symbol, while all completed jobs and errors that have occurred are displayed with a checkmark and a red X, respectively. The icon is followed by the name of the report that the user has entered previously. Also included is information about the selected portions of the report (usage, sales, errors). Click on the link to view the corresponding report.
Creation Date Date the report was created.
Machines Number of machines considered by the report.
Start Date Start date of the validity range considered by the evaluation and creation procedure.
End Date End date of the validity range.
Time Range Time range of the total report.
Command A click on the red cross will erase the report. You can use the green arrow to re-create the report. Use the stop icon to cancel a running report process.

Scheduled Reports
The report overview shows any scheduled reports in the scheduled reports section. These reports are created automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
The procedure used to create a scheduled report is the same as the one used for the creation of a one-time report except that you will have to specify an interval for the creation of the report rather than a period of time.
