Report Overview
Name	Description
Report Name	The name of the report including date and time of its creation.
Start Date	Start date of the report time range.
End Date	End date of the report time range.
Machine	Number of machines included in the report. Additional machines will be listed on the right.

Total Usage Information
Name	Description
Application Runtime	Total running time of the monitored application (in brackets: average value per machine)
Total Session Time	Shows the session time accumulated by all machines.
Runtime per Machine	Average runtime per machine.
Session Time per Machine	Average session time per machine.
Navigations	Total number of navigations on all machines (in parentheses: average value per machine).
E-mails	Total number of emails sent from all machines (in parentheses: average value per machine).
Pages Printed	Number of pages printed on all machines (in parentheses: average per machine).
Abnormal Terminations	Number of abnormal terminations of the monitored application (in parentheses: average value per machine).
Sessions	Total number of sessions on all machines (in parentheses: average value per machine)

Hourly Popularity
The hourly statistics display the machines' usage time recorded for 24 hours as well as the actual usage time and the usage time in percent per day extrapolated for all days. While the grey columns represent the total running time, the blue columns represent the session time (running time minus screensaver/session time). For more information about the actual session time, rest the mouse over the column to see a tool tip providing all information about the selected hour.

%-Value	Shows the session time's share for the selected hour.
0-23	Hours of the day.

Average Usage Time (Percentage of Run Time)
Name	Description
Hour	Specifies the hour(0-23).
Usage Time	The usage time of the given hour.
%-Value	Percentage of Run Time.

Daily Popularity
The daily statistics contain tables providing information about the usage of the machine on any day of the reporting period. The first line will provide the average values to make it easier for you to evaluate and compare the individual results. In addition, Saturdays and Sundays will be marked differently.
Name	Description
Date	Dates of the reporting period (sorted ascendingly).
Sessions	Number of sessions on all machines.
% of all Sessions	Percentage of sessions identified on that day. The value will be represented graphically by a blue column.
Average +/-	Indicates if the sessions' percentage is above or below the average value given in the uppermost line. The nominal percentage figure will be shown next to a red or green arrow icon.
Navigations per day	Indicates the average number of navigations (Web site visits) per session. The value will be represented graphically by a green column.
Average +/-	Indicates whether the percentage of navigations is above or below the average value given in the uppermost line. The nominal percentage figure will be shown next to a red or green arrow icon.

Weekday Popularity
The weekly statistics summarize the information about the usage of the machine on any given weekday. While the green columns represent the number of sessions, the grey columns show the total running time. Finally, the blue columns represent the share in the total session time. Above the columns you will find numbers indicating the number of sessions and their percentage share in the total session time.

Usage Time per Machine
Name	Description
Usage Time per Machine	The usage time for the corresponding day expressed as a time period and a percentage of the operating time.

Machine Popularity
The list of the most frequently used machines is sorted by the number of sessions.
Name	Description
Rank	Place on the ranking list.
Machine Name	Name of the machine.
Sessions	Number of sessions on this machine.
Percentage of All Sessions	The percentage of all sessions on this machine.
Total Usage Time	The accumulated time of all sessions on this machine (actual usage time).

Top Uptimes
This section shows the machines sorted by how long they were in SiteKiosk operation on an average within a 24-hour period.
Name	Description
Rank	Place on the ranking list.
Machine Name	Name of the machine.
Uptime	The period during which the machine was running SiteKiosk.
Downtime	The period during which the machine was not running SiteKiosk.
Uptime	Shows the percentage distribution of the operating times as a bar chart.

Top Custom Events

List of custom events that have been created on a SiteKiosk client using the SiteKiosk Object Model. The events can be created by script to allow statistical analysis of custom solutions. The following script line creates the necessary entry in the SiteKiosk log file: SiteKiosk.Logfile.Write(1014, 20, "SiteKiosk", "Custom event: My own text")

Top Web Sites
Shows you a list of the Web sites visited most frequently. The length of this list depends on the value "Top URLs limit: ", which can be adjusted at the time the report is created. The list is sorted by how often a URL and its subpages have been requested (only the main domain will be displayed).

Rank	The URL's place on the ranking list.
Name	The Web site's domain name.
Visits	Number of visits to this Web site.
Percentage of all Visits	Percentage share of visits to this Web site in the total number of visits.

Filtered Web Sites
Shows you a list of the Web sites that have been blocked the most (max. 50 entries).
Name	Description
Rank	The URL's place on the ranking list.
Name	The Web site's domain name.
Visits	Number of visits to this Web site.
Percentage of all attempts	Percentage share of attempted visits to this Web site in the total number of attempted visits.

Sales
Name	Description
Total Revenue	The total turnover attained by all machines during the reporting period.
Total Sales Sessions	Number of sessions with turnover during the reporting period.
Revenue per Machine	Calculated average of the turnover attained by one machine.
Sales Sessions	Calculated average for the number of sessions with turnover per machine.
Sales per Session	Calculated average of the turnover achieved in one session.
Sales per Hour	Calculated average of the hourly turnover.
Sales per Day	Calculated average of the daily turnover
Sales per Week	Calculated average of the weekly turnover.
Sales per Month	Calculated average of the monthly turnover.

Revenue by Hour
The hourly statistics summarize the total turnover achieved by all machines during the 24 hours of a day and extrapolate the actual turnover per hour for all days of the reporting period. The turnover figure is given next to the golden column representing the actual turnover figure.

Revenue	Percentage share of the daily sales in relation to the weekly sales.

Machine Sales
The table listing the most popular machines is sorted according to turnover.
Name	Description
Rank	Place on the ranking list.
Machine Name	Name of the machine.
Revenue	The total revenue achieved by this machine.
% of Total Transaction Volume	The machine's percentage share in the turnover achieved by all machines.
Transaction Volume per Day	Calculated average turnover achieved by the machine.

Sales by Device
This list provides an overview of the sales turned over at the individual payment device grouped by machines.

Machine	Name of the machine.
Rank	Place on the ranking list.
Device Name	Name of the Device.
Revenue	The Revenue of the device.

Manual cash out

Refer to this list to see the cash out events that occurred on the SiteKiosk client machine during the report period.

Cash by Device

Refer to this list to determine how much cash has been accumulated by each individual machine. The values will be transmitted every 3 hours (0h, 3h...) if the client application is running.

Machine Errors
Name	Description
Rank	Place on the ranking list.
Machine Name	Name of the machine.
Percentage of all Errors	Shows the percentage of all errors that have occurred as a bar chart (in brackets, the number of errors).
Percentage of all warnings	Shows the percentage of all warnings that have occurred as a bar chart (in brackets, the number of warnings).

Error Log
The error log lists all errors that have occurred.
Name	Description
Date	Date and Time of the error.
Facility	Shows the name of the component which experienced the error.
Error Message	The full text of the error message.
Lev.	Shows the log level of the error message.
Type	Shows the type number of the error message.
