Create Report
Open this page to create different reports on single machines and groups over a
specific period of time.

Create New Report

When you select "New Report," the Directory Tree will
display a checkbox next to every machine group and every machine. Begin by selecting
the machines you want to include in the report.

Description
|

Report Name
|
Enter the name of the report you want to create. This name will appear in the report
list.

Coverage
|
Select the type of information you want to include when creating the report. Please note
that you will have to select at least one of the report types usage, sales or error
messages.
Reports can also be exported in either XML or CSV format. Reports exported in CSV format
can be imported into your spreadsheet application for further analysis.

Send Report
|
Here you can enter email addresses to which the report will then be sent automatically.
Each address has to be specified on a dedicated line. Press the "Test" button to
verify the email address(es) prior to submitting the report. The report can be
formatted in HTML, XML or CSV.

Time Range
|
This category provides you with predefined time ranges covering the periods of usage
and allows you to define your own time range. Select one of the predefined values
(today, yesterday...) or choose a custom time range in the calendar.
