You can select single machines or groups you want to view or edit. Switch between a treeview and a machine list. You can use different search terms to create a set of criteria to filter the list.
The treeview lists all machines that match the selected filter criteria.
You can assign a tag, delete or move all selected machines to a group.
By right-clicking you will be able to use a context menu with tasks for a machine or group.
The machines table lists all machines that match the selected filter criteria. Depending on the number of matching machines the table can have multiple pages. The number of machines per page can be set to 10, 25, 50 and 100. Use the buttons "Select all" and "Clear selection" to select/deselect machines from all pages. The topmost checkbox on the left selects all machines from the current page only.
You can assign a tag, delete or move all selected machines to a group. Additionally you can export all selected machines to a CSV file.
By right-clicking any column name you can show or hide selected columns.
By right-clicking a column field in most of the columns you can use the value from the field to create a filter criterion.

Filter criteria can be stored permanently ("Save Filter" button) and by using the "Load Filter" button can be switched between easily.
The dropdown field provides a list of search terms. A search value can then either match (=) or not match (≠) the search term.
If free search is available you can use asterisk (*) as a wildcard, e.g. *kiosk*.
Once created a filter criterion can than be added to a list of combined filter criteria by using the "Add Filter Criterion" button.
Use the button "Reset search" to reset all filter criteria and return to a view that includes all machines of a team.
