Dashboard
This overview will provide you with information about the current status of your
machines as well as about any logged in user and will also show you important notices
concerning the SiteRemote service, such as any machine which has produced errors or caused warnings.
Machines

This block lists all machines sorted according to their response status. The number in parentheses indicates how many machines in total are signed in to SiteRemote.

SiteKiosk active
|
A session is currently in progress on this machine.
|
SiteKiosk inactive
|
The machines is currently running the screensaver and is ready for another session.
|
SiteKiosk off
|
This machine is currently running the SiteRemote service only, which, in contrast
to the monitored application(e.g. SiteKiosk), is launched every time Windows starts. An examination of this machine
is recommended!

Signed Off
|
The SiteRemote Service was requested to ended and machines were signed off properly at SiteRemote Server.
|
Timed Out
|
The monitored machines running report back to the SiteRemote server in
regular intervals. If they fail to report back within the interval due to, for example,
hardware errors, system crashes or power outages, the server will, after a certain
period of time, label these machines as "connection lost." These machines should be serviced as soon as possible.

Licensing
|

This block gives an overview of all licenses available in this team. Click on a link for a comprehensive list of licenses.

Locations
|
|
Optional map view that shows locations of machines and users based on the available address data.

News
|
|
The news field contains notices given by the operator. Click on "News Archive" to
view older items.

Alerts
|
|
This field lists alerts, that show possible problems with individual terminals.
The terminal name is included as a link in the alert text. The link directly leads
to the overview of that terminal.
Alerts regarding system performance will be shown as long as the problem lasts.
Alerts regarding special log file entries (e.g. problems with payment devices) will
be displayed in 24 hours.
Alerts can be marked as read and all machines that have the same alert can be assigned to a tag.

Errors
|
|
This table lists all errors that occurred and were recorded within the last 24 hours. The table includes only the latest error that occurred on a machine.
You can use the new folder icon on the right to copy machines associated with an error
into a tag (virtual folder).
Note: This view must be enabled by the administrator of the SiteRemote Server on the server settings page.

warning, note). The next element describes the kind of error that has occurred.
