Realtime Statistics

The realtime statistics will provide you with a quick overview of the usage and turnover of your machines. By default, the statistics will include values gathered within the last 24 hours. The buttons in the upper right corner of the page will allow you to display values for other periods.

Machine Usage
Name	Description
24h Bar Chart	The bar chart shows the average usage of the machines. While the grey bars indicate the total operating time of the application, the blue bars show the percentage share in the session time.
Total usage
The usage totals are intended to provide additional statistical information.
Total Runtime	Total operating time of all machines.
Total Usage	Total usage time of all machines.
Sessions	Number of all sessions.
Average Machine Usage
The following data is already an average number. The number is calculated by the total amount divided by the number of your team's machines logged on to SiteRemote.
Runtime	Average operating time per machine
Usage	Average usage time (period between screensaver activities).
Sessions	Average number of sessions per machine.
Session Time	Average duration of a session.
Navigations	Average anvigations per machine.
Abnormal Terminations	Number of abnormal terminations of the monitored application.
Best Usage Times
The following list includes all machines used during the selected reporting period. The list is sorted according to the longest usage time of a machine.
Machine Name	Corresponds to the name found in the directory tree.
Group	Name of the group to which the machine was assigned.
Contact	Time elapsed since the last contact with the SiteRemote server.
IP Adress	Last known IP address of the machine.
Usage	Total usage time of the machine.

Please note that the subsequent block "Sales / 24-hour profile" will not be shown unless you are using your machines for collecting payments.

Machine Sales
Name	Description
24h Sales Profile	The bar chart shows the average sales per hour.
Total Sales
Total Sales	Total sales of all machines.
Average Sales per Machine
The subsequent data represents the average values in each case. The number is calculated from the total amount divided by the number of your team's machines registered with SiteRemote.
Sales	Average sales per machine.
per Session	Average sales per Session.
per Hour	Average sales per hour.
Best Machine Sales
The following list includes all machines that have turned over sales during the selected period of time. The list is sorted by the machines that achieved the highest sales.
Machine Name	Corresponds to the name found in the directory tree.
Group	Name of the group to which the machine was assigned.
Contact	Time elapsed since the last contact with the SiteRemote server.
IP Adress	Last known IP address of the machine.
Sales	Total Sales of the machine.
